Step 1

Pack Your Pool Robot

Recommended Package Size: 40x50x50 cm 

- Place your pool robot inside a sturdy box. 

- Fill all sides of the box with padding materials such as paper, cardboard, or polystyrene to ensure the robot is well-protected during transit.

- Ensure that the robot is snug and secure within the box to prevent any movement or damage. Remember to add padding material between the robot and the power supply as well.
 
Items to include: Robot (with cable), power supply, filter. Do NOT include the cart.

Step 2

We collect Your Robot by express courier service

You will inform us of the exact day for collection, and we will send the courier to pick up the package on your preferred date.
 
Transit Times for Both Arrival and Return:

- From Romania: 1/2 business days   (Pickup cost: 15,00€)
- From Italy: 2/3 business days     (Pickup cost: 27,00€)
- From Germany: 3/4 business days     (Pickup cost: 37,00€)
- From Spain: 4/5 business days     (Pickup cost: 37,00€)
- From France: 4/5 business days     (Pickup cost: 37,00€)
- From other EU countries: 4/5 business days     (Pickup cost: 37,00€)

100% Free Repair Quote

The repair estimate will be 100% free, excluding the collection cost. If you accept the estimate, your robot will be repaired within 24/48 business hours.

If you do not accept the estimate, you can choose to either have the robot returned to you at the cost of the return shipment, or have us dispose of the robot for free.

Step 4

Repair in 24/48 Hours and Return Delivery

After receiving your confirmation, your robot will be repaired and tested for 3 complete cycles in the pool. It will then be professionally packed and ready for shipment within 24/48 hours of your confirmation.
