Recommended Package Size: 40x50x50 cm
- Place your pool robot inside a sturdy box.
- Fill all sides of the box with padding materials such as paper, cardboard, or polystyrene to ensure the robot is well-protected during transit.
- Ensure that the robot is snug and secure within the box to prevent any movement or damage. Remember to add padding material between the robot and the power supply as well.
Items to include: Robot (with cable), power supply, filter. Do NOT include the cart.

You will inform us of the exact day for collection, and we will send the courier to pick up the package on your preferred date.

After receiving your confirmation, your robot will be repaired and tested for 3 complete cycles in the pool. It will then be professionally packed and ready for shipment within 24/48 hours of your confirmation.
